G-Force is led by partners Marian Gazdik (former MD Europe, Startup Grind) and Louis Warner (former COO, Founders Factory), joined by a diverse team of expert operators.

We are born out of and partner with Founders Factory, who have to date invested in and helped scale over 300 tech startups globally. Our investors share our mission of making a global impact.

Our first fund launched in 2021 and made 8 pre-seed investments within its first year, all in companies that have a global outlook, 7 of which are generating revenue. 

We believe everyone should play a part in solving the climate crisis, and so we are offering friends, family, founders and investors the opportunity to join us in G-Force Fund II, to learn, contribute and be part of this opportunity. G-Force Fund II will invest globally in circa 35 pre-seed climate technology companies.

G-Force provides capital and experienced hands-on support to stellar climate tech founders globally. We invest in startups at the pre-seed stage that have a unique science or technology advantage in solving for climate change. We seek out companies that have the potential to scale fast, have an outsized impact on reducing global greenhouse gas emissions and achieve outstanding commercial success. 

We have a differentiated and tailored investment platform, designed to give startups an unfair scale advantage at their most vulnerable stage; we offer every founder we invest in three pillars of support; a) €250k pre-seed cash investment, b) 6-months hands on growth support in the form of a dedicated squad, drawn from our team of 50+ expert operators, and c) grant support - helping find and applying for grants as a non-dilutive funding source. We also reserve adequate capital to follow the portfolio breakouts.

We believe that a cash investment coupled with experienced guidance and hands on support for early stage technology founders is the best recipe for success. Founders Factory’s strong brand and global reputation, vouched for by alumni founder referrals, helps us attract star founders to G-Force.
